How It Works
Five stages. Idea to operating business.
Application and Assessment
Submit your idea. We review against three criteria: is there a real market, can it work as a viable business, and do you have relevant expertise or access. If there is a fit, we schedule a discovery call.
Business Plan
A business plan must be completed and signed off by both parties. This covers market analysis, revenue model, 12 month projections, operational plan, risk register, and funding requirements. Profit On Purpose can be commissioned to produce the plan, or you can produce it yourself.
Agreement and Equity Terms
Equity stake is agreed. A shareholders agreement is drafted covering equity split, vesting, decision rights, exit provisions, and IP ownership. Any investment terms are agreed if applicable.
Build and Launch
Profit On Purpose builds the operational infrastructure: AI agents, tech stack, processes, templates. Typical build time is 4 to 8 weeks. You focus on product readiness and customer pipeline. We launch when both parties agree the business is ready.
Ongoing Operations
Profit On Purpose runs all back office functions on an ongoing basis. Monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, continuous improvement of agents and processes. Sounding Board advisory access included.

No monthly management fee during the first year. Profit On Purpose's return is equity appreciation.

5% of turnover
Chief of Digital Staff fee. Only kicks in when the business can afford it. Deferred if not yet generating revenue.
Investment
Profit On Purpose may provide direct investment or introduce third party investors depending on the opportunity. Investment is not part of every deal.
